There is something about this cookie that is SO good, that it is hard to explain. Try it for yourself.
Beck is a heck of a cook, but these cookies take the cake.

Really, I've made 'em twice and they are hella good. Whatever that means.

I just like to say the word 'snickerdoodle'
I'm in dire need of a "Hella good" cookie. Been dreaming about Eileen's for over a week now. You know..... either her snickerdoodles OR a BIG CHOCOLATE CHIP WITH FROSTING!!! Not like all over frosting, decorated frosting, where you get just a little taste with each bite. My mouth is watering. I think I ruined the keyboard. Ooops. ;)
