Frugal? In some instances, yes.

In the interest of full blog honesty. Yes, I am the girl who holds her (cheap) eye shadow together with duct tape after it breaks because I like the color and there's a lot of it left.

I also have been known to use a sharpie to fill in the end of a particularly loved shoe to make it last to at least the end of the season. Who may also convince herself the next year that the particularly loved shoe can make it just ONE.MORE.SEASON.

Yes, that's me.

That is all.

Hee. I had to "sharpie" my fave ankle boots last year too because the side was peeling. I am probably going to update them again since they are so comfy and I don't want to buy another pair!

I say frugal. Cheap keeps you from enjoying things you want to do. Frugal gives you the opportunity to do special things because you can afford to do them

I will so use that Sharpie tip on my beloved black heels..thanks!!

(I saw on Twitter where Miranda Lambert left her eyeliner at home on the night of a show and instead just used a black Sharpie. I was both appalled that she used a marker near her eyes and in love with her for doing that instead of sending out a minion to buy her more)
(Why was that Miranda story just necessary?)
